LYMBORA was born from a true story. It wasn't created in a laboratory... it was born in a patient.
That patient was me.

I am Dr. Julio Cottura, an internist and clinical oncologist, trained in one of the most demanding healthcare systems in Latin America, with more than 12 years of experience in hospitals, therapies, and clinics; former chief resident, instructor, clinic director, and head of Internal Medicine and Oncology. For more than a decade, I experienced medicine from every possible angle: as a physician, as a teacher, as a team leader, and as a companion to patients in their most difficult moments.

But there was one role that changed my life more than all the others: that of patient.

Years ago, I went through a sleep disorder that broke me down. I lost energy, clarity, enthusiasm, and health. I tried everything and understood that, although traditional medicine is essential, it is often not enough on its own. We need habits, nutrition, rest, stress management, and natural tools that support the body's processes.

That journey painful, transformative, deeply human sparked the creation of LYMBORA.
